Service scope. Champions League Matchday Concierge LLC provides concierge support and matchday experience planning, including hospitality guidance, itinerary coordination, and inquiry handling. We are not the organizer of sporting events, not a ticket issuer unless expressly stated, and not an official representative of any club, league, venue, federation, or event organizer.

No implied affiliation. References to teams, competitions, venues, or cities are descriptive only. Use of this site does not create any sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or official affiliation with third parties.

Eligibility and inquiries. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding agreements to submit an inquiry. You agree to provide accurate contact and request information and not to submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, or automated requests.

Quotes and availability. Any itinerary, hospitality option, or pricing shared through the site is informational and subject to availability, supplier confirmation, schedule changes, venue rules, taxes, and fees. Nothing on the site guarantees event access or a specific experience unless confirmed in writing.

User conduct. You may not misuse the site, interfere with security or operation, scrape content, transmit harmful code, infringe rights, or use the site for fraud or unauthorized commercial purposes.

Intellectual property. Site content, branding, layout, text, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Champions League Matchday Concierge LLC. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer and liability. The site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by US law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from event changes, cancellations, third-party acts, venue policies, travel issues, or reliance on site content. Our total liability relating to site use will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction.
