Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how Champions League Matchday Concierge LLC handles booking review, confirmation timing, cancellations, and refunds for event ticket, travel, and hospitality inquiries in the United States.
1. Booking review and confirmation
All requests are subject to manual review, availability, pricing checks, and supplier acceptance. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us. Quoted prices and availability may change before confirmation.
2. Timing of confirmation
Confirmation times vary by event date, inventory source, and package components. Some requests may be confirmed quickly, while others require additional sourcing time. If we cannot confirm your request, any eligible amount collected for an unconfirmed order will be returned to the original payment method.
3. Cancellation windows
Unless a specific offer states otherwise in writing, confirmed orders are generally final. If cancellation is permitted, the applicable deadline, fees, and any non-refundable portion will be disclosed at or before confirmation. Requests submitted after a stated cutoff may not be eligible for cancellation or credit.
4. Refund eligibility
Refunds, where allowed, depend on the terms of the ticket issuer, venue, promoter, hotel, transportation provider, or other supplier. Service, processing, currency conversion, payment, delivery, and sourcing costs may be non-refundable. Approved refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method.
5. Non-refundable components
Special-order tickets, hard-to-source inventory, last-minute purchases, hospitality packages, custom travel arrangements, insurance, taxes, and third-party fees are commonly non-refundable unless required by law or the supplier's own policy.
6. Event changes and ticket sourcing limitations
Seat locations, sections, row details, or delivery timing may change due to supplier or venue conditions. We do not control event scheduling, postponements, venue policies, roster changes, or admission rules. If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or materially changed, resolution will follow the policy of the responsible issuer or supplier. If an event is canceled and the issuer provides a refund, we will pass through any eligible amount actually recovered, less any non-refundable service or third-party costs where permitted.
7. Travel and hospitality conditions
Hotels, ground transport, dining, and related hospitality services are subject to each provider's cancellation and no-show rules. Minimum stay rules, prepayment requirements, blackout restrictions, and name-change limits may apply. Separate supplier terms may control over this policy for those components.
